Night Log 2021-04-16

Summary
------------------------------------------------------------------------

The night started clear with wind from the SE that brought with it horrible, variable seeing. Luckily, it turned to the NW after 11am and we had perfect clear dark conditions with good seeing for the rest of the night! A technical problem with the RSS waveplates prevented us from observing spectropolarimetry blocks during the second half of the night. Hopefully it will be all sorted by tomorrow night!

Science data taken for:

2020-2-SCI-029 P2 RSS (A study of the kinematics, ISM and stellar properties of MHONGOOSE galaxies.)
2020-2-SCI-038 P2 RSS (The SAGA Survey)
