A really great night of on-sky NIR commissioning! We took several short observations of bright standard stars, since the FIF guider was not available for longer exposures. The NIR team left very happy and very tired!

Along with the commissioning and guider problems, RSS also decided to get in on the action. A misbehaving filter mechanism eventually resulted in RSS being declared offline for the night, to be fixed in the morning. Left only with SCAM, we observed the one and only block in the queue before closing.
