Summary
----------------------------------------------------------------------
A mixed night with multiple small technical issues (mostly the HRS guide probe). We observed a good mix of programmes and a high priority DDT target.
We did a focus test at the start of the night, during which the telescope behaved beautifully, requiring very little focussing intervention, so it remains to be seen whether that was useful!
Data taken for:
2017-1-DDT-005 P1 RSS (Variability of an ancient nova)
2017-1-SCI-050 P1,P2 RSS (Identifying and studying galaxy winds, outflows and ionized gas that is outside of galaxy disks.)
